Athena – the first residential phase of Balador is set by beautifully terraced gardens in a traffic free environment where children are free and safe to play and elders to walk. There are a multitude of private spaces that enhance community living. A lot of thought has been put into the planning of Athena so as to create as much open space as possible. Rather than using concrete structures to define domains of privacy, in Athena we have decided to create those same domains by using natural landscape methods of space segregations.
